BOOKING & BOOKING FEE: A non-
PAYMENT: The balance of the fee due is payable on or before the wedding day to qualify for any discount offered. In any event the fee must be paid in full before the previews are released by the Photographer. Should any payment be made by a cheque that is subsequently dishonoured by the Client's bank then any order or booking covered by that cheque will be cancelled immediately. Payment can be accept by credit/debit card, cash or cheque . Commercial accounts are due within 30 days of the invoice date.
LATE PAYMENT ACT 1998: In the event that cheques have to be represented for payment to the client’s Bank we reserve the right to pass on all associated bank charges. Further to that we reserve the right also to charge interest at a rate of 8% above prime overdraft rate on all payments outstanding over 40 days. If handed over for collection please be aware that all collection and legal costs will be charged to the client.

RETOUCHING: Where necessary simple electronic manipulation and retouching, such as removing minor skin blemishes, will be carried out free of charge, but retouching numerous images, extensive manipulation and extra work, such as adding an extra person,to a group, is available for an additional charge. We will always discuss this with the client and quote for the additional work first.
COPYRIGHT: The 1988 Designs, Copyright and Patents Act assigns the copyright of all the photographs to the Photographer. It is a criminal offence to copy them or allow them to be copied. This also applies to copying images from our website, Facebook page and online photo albums
LICENSE: The Photographer shall be granted full artistic license in relation to the photographs taken. The Photographer's judgement regarding poses, locations used and number of photographs taken shall be deemed correct.
PRICES: All the services and goods are supplied at the price ruling at the time of booking but are subject to VAT changes. All prices quoted include VAT at the rate in force at the time of booking.
RESULTS: Whilst the Photographer will make every effort to provide the best photographs possible this can only be achieved with the full co-
CANCELLATION: There is a cancellation fee of 25% of the agreed price. The Client may cancel a contract at any time by giving written notice to the Photographers. Should notice be given to the Photographers of the cancellation of a wedding less than 4 weeks prior to the appointment the Client will pay the Photographer a Cancellation Fee of 40% of the total agreed package price.
ORIGINAL IMAGE FILES: Under the 1988 Copyright Act, these remain the property of the photographer, and shall be kept on file for a minimum of ten years after the date of the commission.
COMPLAINTS: In the unlikely event of an unresolved complaint the Client may request the Master Photographers Association to act as independent arbitrators.
THE PHOTOGRAPHER: On occasion and without notice it may be necessary for the photographer originally booked to be replaced by another photographer, for example due to ill health.
DISPLAY: We may use your images for display, in portfolios, on our website, at wedding exhibitions or in advertising. However you can specifically request that we do not use your images.
SIZES: All photograph and album sizes are nominal and in millimetres, and are those quoted by our supplier.
IMAGES SUPPLIED ON DISC OR USB STICK: When wedding images are purchased in digital format only these will be supplied at two resolutions, low resolution for use on websites and Facebook etc, and high resolution for printing. Copyright of the images remains with the Photographer, but the cost includes a licence for unlimited image reproduction for personal use only. Commercial images may only be used by the original client.
ORDER DEADLINES: We ask that our wedding clients finalise their album design and order within six months of the wedding date. After that time the images will be archived and deleted from our computers. There will then be a £25 charge to retrieve the images and reload them onto the computer for the album design. Clients should also be aware that manufacturers are constantly revising their albums to meet market demand, and so it is possible that the album originally chosen may no longer be available, if they delay placing their order.

Due to an increasing number of nuisance, phishing and fraudulent calls we may record all incoming phone calls. These recordings may be passed on to the Police and to Trading Standards to assist them in tracking down and prosecuting the perpetrators. However these tapes are routinely erased and re-
Delivery times are dependant on the goods and services ordered, i.e. digital images required urgently can be dispatched via email in a matter of hours, whereas album packages which are supplied by a third party may take several weeks.
Normally our Clients will collect their orders in person as there will usually be a balance to pay.
In certain cases goods will be dispatched via Royal Mail or courier, in which case the Client will be informed of the date of despatch and the relevant tracking number. The cost of this will be invoiced separately to the Client.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
We ask that all orders are submitted either online, in writing, by email or by fax to reduce errors.
Wedding bookings may be cancelled at any time but we reserve the right to retain the £250 booking fee paid, and also charge an additional cancellation fee of 40% of the agreed package price for cancellations with less than four weeks notice.
Jobs other than weddings may be cancelled at any time without incurring charges, however any expenses already incurred, such as the hire of props, will be charged to the Client at cost.
We ask that whenever possible clients collect their orders and check them for accuracy and faults. Any goods found to be faulty will be replaced free of charge.
Although faulty goods will be replaced free of charge, refunds are not normally given due to the specialised nature of the goods and services we supply.
Regretfully goods that have been ordered incorrectly by the Client can not normally be returned or replaced.
Please Note: Due to a huge increase in the number of time wasting silent calls that everyone seems to be plagued with these days we have installed call blockers on both our landline and mobile numbers to automatically reject calls which display as either ‘Unknown’ or ‘Withheld’. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause our genuine customers and suppliers.
Also we have not given, and do not give, permission for our mobile number or email addresses to be added to any marketing databases, therefore every time we receive an unsolicited marketing text or email, the sender will be invoiced £25 for business interruption. Any company sending marketing text messages or emails will have been deemed to have read and accepted this condition.
